Non-Discrimination & Quality Standards
MBBI is fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association’s (APA) Standards and Criteria for Approval of Sponsors of Continuing Education. We comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in program content, promotional materials, and the treatment of participants. While we strive to deliver exceptional training experiences, we recognize that issues may occasionally arise requiring formal resolution.
How to File a Formal Grievance
Participants who are dissatisfied with a workshop offering, presenter, administrative process, or facility are encouraged to submit a written grievance.

What to Include in Your Written Grievance

Your Full Name, Email, Phone Number, and Mailing Address.

The Title and Date of the Continuing Education program.

A detailed description of the nature of your grievance (e.g., content level, speaker conduct, technology issues, accessibility concerns, or administrative error).

Your requested outcome or desired resolution.
Review & Resolution Process
Acknowledgment:
All written grievances will be acknowledged in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
Review:
The CE Director will review the matter thoroughly. If the training was conducted by the CE Director, an independent doctoral-level review consultant will review the matter.
Resolution:
Depending on the nature of the complaint, the CE Director may take one or more of the following actions:

Speaker/Content Issues: Document participant feedback to share confidentially with the presenter for future course adjustments.

Administrative/Facility Issues: Provide a full or partial credit toward a future training, transfer registration to another course, or issue a full/partial refund of the program fee.
The final decision will be communicated to the participant in writing within 30 business days of receiving the complaint.
